Refund Policy
1. In Case of Payment Only
1. The client has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of subscription if the plan has not yet been received.
Once the client has received the plan, no refund will be issued, but the client may choose to continue with the package or request a postponement.
2. If more than 14 days have passed since the subscription date, the client is not eligible for a refund.
However, they may still receive their plan or choose to postpone their package.
3. All refund requests are subject to management review.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the approval date.
4. Please note that all calls are recorded to ensure the quality of our service.

2. In Case the Service Has Already Started
A. If the issue is from the company’s side:
The case will be escalated to management to verify whether the issue originated from the company.
If confirmed, the client will be compensated with one free month or an upgrade to a higher package, as decided by management.
In this case, the client is not entitled to a refund, but may choose to postpone or continue with the package.
B. If the issue is due to personal circumstances or not from the company’s side:
The client is not entitled to any refund, but may choose to postpone or continue with the package.
